We process personal data according to the Dutch law “Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG)” (General Data Protection Regulation). We treat your personal data confidentially and in an orderly manner. The process is described in this privacy statement.
Privacy statement
This statement explains how we process personal data. We aim to live up to the trust placed in us by providing us with personal data. We work with advanced and secure information systems and whenever we exchange data and information with third parties, we make sure these partners can verify their reliability through their own privacy statements and processing agreements. We record these statements in a register.
Responsibility
As a company, we are responsible for the processing of personal data. We process these data according to the Dutch law “Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG)” (General Data Protection Regulation). We are the controller.
Purpose
We process personal data from contact persons within the context of proper operational management and administration. We process the following data:

Gender
Company name
Position (if applicable)

Phone number (landline and mobile number)
Email-address
Data that, where appropriate, are necessary for the performance of an agreement, such as a VAT number and an IBAN number
We do not process special and/or sensitive personal data and/or data from minors.
Google Analytics
The website of DENOLDERVLEUGELS Architects & Associates uses Google Analytics cookies. That is why we have entered into a data processing agreement with Google. Regarding your privacy, the eight last characters of your IP address are invisible and we do not share your information with other services connected to Google.
Social Media
Some buttons for social media can be found on our website. Please note that the administrators of these providers collect your personal information.

The data is shared exclusively and only for the implementation of agreements with parties that have committed themselves to the same agreement. We have entered into a processing agreement with these parties. In addition, we share the data to comply with our legal obligation. We do not sell our data to third parties.
